Almost 30 years ago I got a part time job working in a restaurant, and
I was hooked!

In some establishments the owner/manager has a list of expected duties
that they give as so-called "training" to the new waiter/waitress. This
"training" is meant to improve the establishments' efficiency and
profits, not necessarily the employee's income. I couldn't find any
information on improving the front line workers income.
